Death is the ultimate truth, and humans are mortal. Everyone knows that, right? This is something no one can escape from, be it the richest-wealthiest person on Earth or any roadside beggar. No matter how good medical services are, everyone has to die one day, that's for sure.
We can't control our birth place, birth time, day or date, or not even our parents. But what we can control is, our life and life span. Life span is the number of years between your birth and death, and that can be controlled.
Yeah, you read it right. WE CAN CONTROL OUR LIFE SPANS, rather, WE CAN ADJUST OUR DEATHS. We, humans, are homeothermous, warm-blooded animals; we can regulate our body temperature. We, humans, have THE most developed brains that can adapt to and solve complex problems.
Mother Earth is being governed and used by us humans, that too, both brutally and goodly. We are supreme. But some of us take these evolutionary benefits for granted.
Some people die suddenly and abruptly, leaving their loved ones, stressed and guessing the cause of their deaths. And honestly, it feels miserable, listening to the left ones, complaining.
It feels like one invites his or her death by not paying attention to his or her health and habits when they are alive. Well, this sounds rude, but this is true, if not wholly, then say partially.
Daily or even twice a week exercising, simply walking or jogging, meditating, trying to have a balanced diet, taking care of hygiene, preventing vector growth, proper sanitation, and vaccination can help one to increase their life span.
And just as the research-based study says, 'Regular physical activity is associated with an increase in life expectancy by 0.4 to 6.9 years', and the famous kindergarten proverb, 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away' we must take care of ourselves, move a bit, and have nutritious food, to not only safe gaurd and extend our lives, but also take care of our loved ones, as far as we can.
