Hi everyone!.. this is your blogger friend..Bhupinder Kaur😎..you must be feeling why am i giving this introduction today..becaaause i had completed 21 days with the habit that I updated on 1st of this month 🥳..that means now this habit will last longer..acchi acchi feeling aari hai..as if kuch to kiya😅.
By the way,I watched "Dasvi" 😌..okay! I agree it's not the latest one but recent one i suppose..it's a good movie #OPONION🤭..Abhishek Bacchan-Yami Gautam- Nimrat Kaur all the three lead actors had played well..i mean me as audience want a movie which is based on something real and have a social message🙂..but yes it is also helpful for us and our future bros and sis going to appear in THE BOARD Examination of class 10th because it can make a ordinary man think how hard is it to study🙈 especially HINDI and HISTORY..my weak subjects😒.
Here I am to start something new..i mean 2nd habit that is..tratak kriya or tratak aasana..i did it today and felt it..i mean it's nice🙂..Being very honest, the blog of 1st August was read by many but the commitment was from only two readers..so this time i won't CONVINCE you to practice this kriya but you yourself will do it if you try it once😏..this aasana is especially for those you have to work on screens or for those who have a long screentime..what you have to do is pretty simple just like..low investment mein bdi bachat😁..i know it was..
*Take a diya..yes Diwali wala diya and lighten it up..there is no compulsion of using ghee..i mean i said to my mother to get me ghee to light up the diya..but somehow i managed getting oil after a lot of..you know😢.
*Place the diya somewhere so that it could appear at the level of your eyes if you sit comfortably.
*You have to sit in a room where no lights on..i mean dark room and no lights disturb you from anywhere..simply look at the flame of the diya without blinking..i know rona aayega, roo lena but rukna mat kyuki dar ke aage jeet hai 😂..sorry! means you have to continue it..or do it in many steps like for one minute focusing then closing your eyes..rubbing your hands and placing them on your eyes and then again start for next one minute focus and so on.
*The important one is to place your hands over your eyes (after closing them) after completion.
